WANGULEN @ THE OTHERS | A voice vibrates with the violin 'from the other side', where other distorted instruments struggle to find its light towards the path. A meditative soundscape builds up through several stages from the wheel of life. The ritual has found its spirit, its sound and its voice. |

STANDGERICHT! @ THE OTHERS | Standgericht is a London band which started out as a martial rythmic noise band but shifted more into ebm in the last two years. The word Standgericht means "court martial" in german but is also a play on words, which could be translated as "take away meal". Standgericht does not reinvent the wheel it embraces the idea of 4/4 danceable music fully without subscribing to any kind of main stream sound. Standgericht's mission in life is to make the world a noisier place, it does not educate, it entertains. Standgericht is not noise, Standgericht is "Achtung Disko!". http://www.myspace.com/standgericht |

DEEPKISS 720 @ THE OTHERS | The Noisicians Noisician. Jason Williams (aka Deepkiss 720) is one of UK noise music?s best-kept secrets. Details are sketchy but his ?bio? goes something like this. By his own admission, he tries not to release much, ?but things happen?. A shadowy figure on the UK noise scene DK720 started out after recording a Radio1 'Peel Session? with I'm Being Good in early 90s Brighton. He?d also been also exploring less popular areas of art, noise and tape label culture http://www.myspace.com/deepkiss720 |
